I’ve got Slow Fire by the Doctor! Good read. I got a great book bought for me recently – The Ginger Pig – Meat Book. Really good read. Tells you all about meat, different cuts, butchery, breeds, thing to look out for and some tasty recipes.

Agree with you all, I love his simplicity, his approach to honest real food, his gentle relaxed mannerisms, and haha his pert bottom (I do know he’s gay though).

He’s the best really, he just makes me want to cook and eat his food, I love the simplicity of his recipes, and his books are always so beautiful.
